To process your renewal, our support team will need your Customer ID. Find it below based on your installation type, then contact us using any of the options listed.
🖥️ Windows Installation
- Open IntelliRoute with MileMaker or the MileMaker application.
- Click File in the menu bar.
- Select Transactions.
- Your Customer ID is displayed in this dialog.
- Once you have your Customer ID and System Licensed Until date, please reach out to MileMaker Support.
A screenshot of the Transactions dialog is required to proceed with your renewal.

🐧 Linux Installation
- From the application, open the Master Menu.
- Select Option 7.
- Your Customer ID is displayed on this screen.

Once you have your Customer ID and System Licensed Until date, please reach out to MileMaker Support.
