The MileMaker Excel-Add in allows you to calculate mileage and duration estimates directly in your spreadsheets for large batches of routes at once.

Installing the Add-In

1. Start by opening the Microsoft Excel native application, or the web-based version in your browser.
2. Navigate to Insert > Get Add-ins
3. Go to Store > Search for "MileMaker"
4. Click the "Add" button next to the MileMaker add-in
5. Click "Continue" to accept the Terms & Conditions and proceed to install the add-in

Using the Add-In

Start by logging in, using the same credentials you use to access the MileMaker web app

Once you are logged in, navigate to the settings tab within the add-in panel.

Here you can choose the guide version, routing type, and vehicle profile that mileages will be calculated based on.

Next, select the range of cells that represent your origins, and click the plus icon to add that cell range as origin locations. You can also type the cell range directly into the origin input.

Repeat this step for your destinations.

Next, select the cell range where MileMaker should output your distance results, and click the plus icon. Again, you can manually type the cell range if you prefer.

Optionally, repeat this step for the duration output cell range if you wish. 

Finally, click the "Calculate" button in the bottom right corner of the add-in panel, and MileMaker will calculate the distances (and durations if chosen) for the selected cell ranges:
