Below is a list of known issues impacting the end user experience for Batch Processing. We will maintain this list as new issues arise and existing issues are resolved.

• Batches containing >1,000 failed routes will result in API errors when attempting to resolve errors.
  • Customer experience: API error when attempting to resolve >1,000 routes
  • Workaround: break up into smaller batches when resolving errors (<1,000)
• Cities that appear in multiple counties in the same state cannot be uniquely identified as origin/destination (e.g. LONGWOOD, FL).
  • Customer experience: county name is ignored, location error returned
  • Workaround: provide lat/long instead of city, state
• Punctuation in city name (e.g. “ST. PETERSBURG, FL”) in search string may produce ambiguity.
  • Customer experience: location error returned
  • Workaround: remove punctuation and re-submit.
