Effective: July 20, 2026
Applies to:
- MileMaker 2.0 WebApp
What's New
We're excited to announce that MileMaker now supports enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) using the SAML 2.0 standard. Organizations can now connect MileMaker directly to their existing identity provider, so team members sign in with the same corporate credentials they already use every day.
- One sign-in for everything. Once your organization enables SSO, users log in to the MileMaker WebApp through your company's identity provider — the same login they use for email and other business tools.
- No extra passwords to manage. SSO users don't create or maintain a separate MileMaker password, reducing password fatigue and the risk that comes with reused credentials.
- Automatic, domain-based routing. Users are recognized by their work email domain and sent to the right sign-in screen automatically — no special URLs or steps to remember.
- Centralized access control. Because access is governed by your identity provider, your IT team manages who can reach MileMaker from one place, alongside the rest of your applications.
Supported identity providers
MileMaker SSO works with any SAML 2.0 identity provider, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Okta
- OneLogin
- Other standards-based SAML 2.0 providers
Why it matters
- Stronger security — authentication and access policies (MFA, conditional access, and more) are enforced by your identity provider.
- Simpler onboarding and offboarding — grant or revoke MileMaker access as part of your existing identity workflows.
- A smoother experience — fewer passwords, faster sign-in, less friction for your team.
Availability
SSO is available now for all organizations in the MileMaker WebApp with Enterprise subscriptions, self-service subscriptions excluded. To get started, sign in as an organization administrator and open your SSO settings.
